SMDC proudly celebrates the successful completion of its first NIPA Student Learning Internship!!
The student intern dedicated 550 hours to hands-on nursing training under the supervision of SMDC Head Nurse and Dr. Danny Dennaoui.
Throughout the internship, she gained invaluable experience in key nursing skills, including patient administration and registration, bedside manner, vitals monitoring, wound care dressings, sutures, IV placement, phlebotomy, and ECG procedures. This achievement marks a significant step forward in her journey toward becoming a locally registered nurse through NIPA's top-tier nursing program.
