Sint Maarten Diagnostic Center (SMDC) is pleased to announce that our Urgent Care Center officially REOPENED on Sunday, November 16th, proudly serving the public—locals, residents, and tourists alike.

As Sint Maarten’s ONLY Urgent Care Clinic, SMDC continues to provide fast, reliable, and compassionate medical care for all non-emergent, non–life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Our dedicated team of General Practitioners is committed to offering high-quality, patient-centered care when you need it most.

Urgent Care Center Operational Hours

To better meet the needs of our community and visitors, SMDC Urgent Care now offers extended operating hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Whether you’re a parent needing after-school care for your child, a professional seeking evening medical attention, or a visitor requiring quick and reliable healthcare support—SMDC is here for you.

Urgent Care Services Provided

Our Urgent Care clinic provides a full scope of GP services, including:

• Upper Respiratory Infections (URI) & Common Cold

• GI Complaints: Vomiting & Diarrhea

• UTI & Bladder Infections

• Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Issues

• Nebulization

• Suture Care, Minor Lacerations & Removal of Foreign Bodies

• On-site Diagnostic Testing (hematology, urinalysis, drug testing)

• IV Fluids, IV Therapy & Vaccinations

• Prescription Refills (Rx)

• Physical Exams, Work Exams & Private EKGs
